How can working women manage their work-life balance? Nowadays there are many women not merely do their responsibility as housewife, who taking care of their family and household. The revolution of industrial has changed the work situation for men and women in the world. There are many women those manifest their capabilities in the workplaces. There are several reasons behind the decision of marriage women want to have a job such as help their insufficient family income, increase their self-actualization, self-esteem, self-confidence. Although Indonesian women able to get same opportunities to work and show their abilities, they still have another role as women. This is becoming the main dilemma for most of the women. In the manufactures or service industries, due to unstoppable production or services schedule some companies implementing 6 working days and 3 shifts of working hours. The big responsibilities in the office, traffic jam, high workload and other obstacles have to be solved by working women in the big cities. Companies should maintain the work environment by provide comfortable working facilities and maintain the good relationship between employees by some activities.
