Training is needed to every employee of the organization to meet the challenges of present and future goals. Information Technology refers to the creation, storage, and delivery of information and the processes and devices that make all this possible. I. T. based training programme enables an organization to use the tools and techniques which are impossible to use manually. The trainers should update their skills to face the challenges created by technological revolutions.
