Creativity is the magic word with which we are supposed to master challenges and opportunities. But: Most of us do not lack creativity but fail because we have not sufficiently analyzed the fundamentals of our actions and have not comprehensively considered and assessed the consequences of our actions or the actions we have failed to take. Everywhere in daily life symbols, so-called icons, help us to act or react quickly and correctly. In the process of thinking, these aids hardly exist. Here "Design YOUR Thinking" helps, especially the chapters 9 to 17. In these chapters the interested person will find a large number of thinking step icons. These icons - which are easily retrievable in front of the inner eye - should visually remind him of necessary analyses, sensible methods and proven thinking process flows. By applying the methods or considering the clues hidden behind an icon, anyone can significantly improve the chances of their actions. The book also shows how teamwork can be optimized. Furthermore, I explain some basic ideas about the process of decision-making, before describing and analyzing proven techniques of joint project management and tested creativity boosters. By using the icons, thinking becomes more focused and effective. If all members in a team can quickly recall the icons in their mind's eye, a lot of time can usually be saved in meetings.
