This book captures one year of my life. Wherever I was, whatever the outside world had to say, whatever mood I was in, I took the time on each of fifty-two Sundays of that year to reflect on the previous week. I recorded not only what happened to me, but also what happened in me. Through writing I understood what was unfolding for me and so was able to put weight on certain things or shift weight with others. This year has been lived with full awareness.
