Solar Activities and Their Geo-effectiveness During Cycle-23 Dinesh Chandra Gupta

At present I am working for Ph. D. Program. My main interest is solar wind transients, modulation effects and geo-effectiveness. My present study aim to Studying about the outcome of the Sun with main emphasis on solar wind plasma and the particular plasma structures like CME?s, ICME's in the solar wind. And try to understanding about Earth?s magnetospheric conditions and geomagnetic activities. On the basis of the observations and results obtained from various analyses carried out with solar interplanetary and geomagnetic data, to study the solar terrestrial and geomagnetic relationship and formulating the models based on the underlying mechanism.
