Main factor of production is Labor and Pakistan is one of the country which has lot of Human Resource but unfortunately due to lack of education & Human Resource Development we cannot furnish skilled labor. The First world countries need skilled labor therefore lot of immigration programs are in operation in the countries like Pakistan but the countries which require labors they also want literate and skilled labor for this purpose they submit the applications along with Diploma Certificates from the candidates. In My Opinion if we start a Technical Education Institutes in Lyari Town by which we can help the society to remove Unemployment as well as Crime.
