Abam Arikpo has been a senior lecturer for ten years. Active in teaching, human resource development, and research, Abam is well-known for contributions towards understanding, and improving curriculum planning and development at the use and inference of contemporary labour market situations. He was previously Head of Department of the Department of Curriculum and Teaching at the University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria.
