The buffalo is a very quiet and intelligent animal, domestic but rustic, faithful and friendly, rich in history, and can now be found in many countries worldwide. It is employed as a draught animal, but also produces meat, horns, skin and particularly the rich and precious milk that gives creams, butter, yoghurt and many cheeses, including the delicious mozzarella. Buffalo is the most important meat animal where it constitutes about 38.7% of the total red meat produced in 1987 compared to 36.88% and 6.63 Based on the current study, it could be concluded that the bacteriological and pathological changes associated with the urinary tract affections in buffalo calves, the most frequent isolates from the urinary tract of buffalo calves were the Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Eschirichia Coli, Corynebacterium spp. and Klebsiella spp. and the virulence of enterococci in general is due to their adherence and lytic activity. According to the histopathological findings, the animals under investigation were suffered from nephritis, nephrolithiasis and cystitis, Finally, ofloxacin , gentamycin, ciprofloxacin and stryptomycin could be considered for treatment of urinary tract
