Dream to Achieve: Collegiate Academic Enhancement Programs Derriell Springfield

Dream to Achieve is a detailed look into the successes of two academic enhancement programs for underrepresented students on the campus of East Tennessee State University. One program focuses primarily on first-time, incoming freshmen while the other provides its students with resources beyond the first year of college. Although the program models may differ, both programs have the same end goal in mind...better retention rates and graduation rates for this subgroup of the general student population.
