Evaluation of Women Empowerment Programme : a Case Study Rucha Gujar

Program evaluation is a systematic method for knowing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme and to check that the objectives are fulfilled are not. The process of programme evaluation in present study focuses on 1) Evaluation of various components like study center management, the students motivation for taking admission to the programme, counselors opinion about the programme , Support services from the university , the content and study material of the programme. The findings proved that the programme has empowered the women student and made able to get the self-employment, employment and provided the dignity.
