INDUSTRIAL RELATION functions are the process common to all enterprises. It goes through the determination of goal and their achievement with perfect utilization of resources. In this volume the emphasis is on developing human resources. The emphasis is placed on human factor and allied issues such as motivation,incentives,training, career & development of personality. In the same manner a personal management may be regard as an open,adaptive Socio-Economic, Sub-System of Daily Newspapers of Chhattisgarh to changes that occur in the larger environment in which it operates.
