Indian Sugar Industry: Production Estimator Gaurav Kalra

The major objective of this research was to gain maximum experience & exposure of the industry. To learn the overall working style of an Industry & to help establishing a relation between factors of production with the production of the country & hence trying to forecast production for the years to come. The second phase of the project deals with determining a best fit model that can predict sugar production figures in the country for the years to come, using a statistical package called SPSS, implying regression tools, to find out the relevance, coefficients of each independent factor active in determining the domestic production figures.
