So far little is known about the sexual risk behavior of HIV positive patients and until recently the focus of HIV prevention efforts worldwide was largely on people uninfected with HIV and the sexual risk practice of HIV infected persons did not receive due attention. A total of 222 (48.9%) respondents reported that they were sexually active in the previous three months. Of these 163 (73.4%) with regular partners, 29 (13.1%) with non regular partner and 23 (10.4%) with commercial partners. Of the the sexually actives, 111 (50%) of them didn't use condom consistently for the last three months. Out of these, 69 (62.2%) were females, above half of them were found in the age group between 26-35 years, 91% were urban resident and 73% were married.
