Vitiligo which is also called as leucoderma affects about 4%of total population. It is caused because of loss of melanin content in the skin. The reasons for the cause are many. It has conventional treatments which carry some side effects as well. The present work is meant to provide safer treatment for Vitiligo patiemts'. Chickpeas play an important role in the treatment. It is used topically as well as included in the diet which gives synergistic effect.
