Isolation procedure includes bacterial culturing, gram staining,conventional biochemical methods(Ur-Ease, Cit-Rate test, Ind-Ole Test, Tsi) and API 20E. Furthermore AmpC BETA Lactamse detection was carried out by inhibitor based method.
