Entrepreneurs are noted for their catalyst role in economic growth and development. This research thrust was to contribute to the discussions by investigating the Rwandan perspective, utilizing the Private Sector Federation (PSF) and to expand scientific knowledge in the domain of entrepreneurial debate. Entrepreneurial tendency and self-efficacy and its dimensions were the principal variables examined. The literature informed the development of the questionnaire.
