Evaluating students? performance can be challenging, especially if we talk about professions where creativity seems to be one of the major factors for success. Journalism studies are just this kind of studies. In this book you will find my professional portfolio about students? performance and transformation of evaluation criteria based on observations that I made during teaching period of two years. Meeting students? in a local pub for informal conversation was my regular teaching practice in the beginning, which ended up with very formal criteria defined for evaluation based on competency approach.
