Many federal, state, and local laws and regulations have been enacted to protect U. S. workers. This employment law paper will analyze a firsthand experienced employment situation and describe the legal actions taken to handle or resolve the situation. The employment situation that will be discussed involves an older dealership parts department employee who becomes ill and must miss many days and weeks off from work.
