Taking pyridizine complexes and attaching manganese and rhenium ligand groups to make a fully functional organometallic material that has the capacity to carry an electrical charge. Proof through nuclear magnetic resonance provided a successful synthetic reaction had occurred. However, during crystallization and x-ray crystallography loss of the metal ligand group occurred.
