Examination Thesis from the year 2005 in the subject American Studies - Literature, grade: 2,0, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (Institut für Anglistik und Amerikanistik), 41 entries in the bibliography, language: English, comment: 20th century American Short Stories, Isaac Bashevis Singer, Bernard Malamud, Grace Paley, Philip Roth, New York, immigration, assimilation , abstract: EXPOSÉ "It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today.
