Love In The Belly Of The Beast
La Bruja
Imagine "The Beast." This beast, from the depths of history, has been steadily growing, feasting on natives and nature...
There are those of us that are in the thick of it: we navigate our lives through the putrid metros, highways, and high-rises and we're smack dab in the belly of the beast. Therein we live and therein we try to relate, to connect, to love. How does that feel? What does it look like? What is it like to love in the belly of our society?
Love In The Belly Of The Beast is a collection of images, prose, fiction, and poetry - from various countries and cultures - that reflects on this very theme. This short multilingual anthology features works in English, French, and Spanish.
