President and Vice President Leck accomplish much, though their faces are unrecognized. They choose to keep their true appearance from the public, wearing a disguise when in the community or on TV. Can a President so filled with goodness survive two full terms with some powerful enemies who want nothing more than to maintain the 'status quo'? Despite his anonymity, can the President protect himself and his family? Some of the characters and events seem to parallel events of today, yet 90% of this novel was written in 1990! Prepare for an uncommon look at politics not operating as 'business as usual'.
