We are all looking for it and, in theory with over 7 billion people on the planet, why does true love seem so difficult to find? Could it be that there are people who are truly impossible to love? Are you impossible to love? I believe every one of us were meant to both give and receive true and genuine love. I believe it so much that I decided to create a simple 90 second exercise through which we can genuinely love everyone we meet. I have consistently put this simple nine step exercise to the test with some of the most difficult people I have ever encountered and the result has left me a changed man.
