This book is an honest spiritual journey. It's my journey. I've sat around and told story after story to my friends and people whom I've just meet when I was an Uber driver. I always got the same question, "why haven't you written a book?"One person asked, "my God who ARE you?" It was a striking question that stuck with me. A LOT of my passengers from those days are memorable because although I picked up strangers, I always dropped off friends but this particular person got me thinking that maybe I SHOULD write a book. There was a time in my life when I was full hate and anger. I had no direction. In and out of jail a lot and finally prison. The life I lived only had three outcomes: Locked up, covered up or straightened up I'm one of the lucky ones. I have a life sentence that I have overcome through the grace of God. My story is an amazing story of redemption and grace. It's a story of inspiration. If you know a person going through a rough cut in life, then maybe my book will help them. God, I hope so.
