Who Am I? Miss J

Why did I write a book titled 'Who Am I Really?' I realized that as an adult I was completely unaware of who I was, I had no clue. What I liked, disliked, and what my values and priorities were. I would often find myself doing things that others wanted me to do, being in places they suggested, spending money on what they thought was important, and didn't really know what I thought was important! My whole life, up to that point, was based on culture and peer pressure. My individuality was a mirror of those around me. I had lost myself before I even found myself! I began asking these questions: 'What was I doing? Why I was doing it? Would I rather be doing something else? And was this the right thing to do?' Asking questions helped me to 'find myself'. So I wrote the book to help others to 'find themselves'. Enjoy the questions, and more importantly, learn from the answers. Don't stop with what I wrote, keep asking and go deeper.
