When something happens in your life do you ever ask yourself "Was that just chance or was God involved ?" Let alone wonder that if God was involved then to what degree ? We might sometimes ask "Am I just a spectator in my own story ?" After reading this story about a turbulent, but uplifting, six month period in my life then you might be a little closer to answering that big question. I write this with the mind-set that the one true Lord, who has made Heaven and Earth and everything in it, reigns over all. The question of 'degree of control' is large enough without debating the authenticity of the author. So having accepted John 3 verse 16, which I did some thirty years ago, let us examine to what degree the Lord watches and guides whilst still allowing us to 'hold the wheel' and mess up along the way. Although I will cover some dark times this is not going to be a tale of woe, far from it. I hope that you will find it an uplifting, life affirming and wonderful tale of realisation.
