This book is written for children that have lost loved ones very dear to their hearts. My parents both passed away a couple of years ago of cancer, right before the births of my children. I found that part of the grief I had from losing my parents came from the new memories I was making with my children; the memories my parents weren't around to help create. I wanted to give my children a story, something for them to remember my parents by, something they could believe in and cherish. This is the story that worked for us.
