Joel was the culinary development and special dietary needs manager, responsible for developing the food allergy and special diets program for Disney properties worldwide and Disney Cruise Line, which is known as the gold standard in the food service industry. With Mary's role as pastry chef, she worked with Joel on developing amazingly safe and delicious desserts that helped bring Disney's reputation for serving people with food allergies to the next level.
