This mash-up of "Shakespeare in Love" with "The Big Lebowski" takes place on a stage with a woman in a beautiful Elizabethan dress and a man in a Hawaiian shirt and blue jeans. Mrs. Shakespeare returns to the present to defend her husband's authorship question, but she must share the stage with an American guy--the Dude. She despises men and he's half a Buddhist. She tries to get him off the stage, but he has other ideas. They agree to an "Improv lecture," however, every time the Dude tries to talk about Shakespeare's writings, she gets him off topic, and hopefully off the stage. The Dude has relevant topics concerning today that he shares. She has a sense of humor, whereas the Dude is way too serious, or is he? Wit and humor abound until a duel takes place. William Shakespeare is "channeled" on stage for his thoughts and as a referee. "Wild Bill," helps the past come to the present to help the future.
