It seems in the United States of America we are conditioned to always want more. More toys, more food, more attention, more notoriety, more money, and more results in any number of ways. This all works against having more contentment. This book flowed out of my search of the Scriptures to find out if my contentment or lack thereof was right or wrong in God's eyes. What I learned was that contentment is something that doesn't come naturally and it must be learned. I learned that contentment can be right or wrong depending on the context. I also learned where the source of contentment resides and how it can be ours. Let me help you wrestle with this conflict as we look at God's Word together.
