Motherhood: The greatest experience/A wonderful experience has been written by a mother of three children, Chipo Gozho. The inspiration of writing the book was driven from her own experience of motherhood and other people's experiences. She has experienced both sides of the coin that is, as a career woman and stay-at-home mum. The different experiences would help mothers and mothers to be to go through motherhood normally. There are things that seem strange in our walk of growth yet they are normal. There are mothers who do not have anyone to teach them about pregnancy and motherhood. This book has somehow covered that gap. Some mothers are frightened by pregnancy journeys and they need reassurance. Some have no idea as to why antenatal clinic is so important. This may be because their own mothers never attended antenatal clinic and used traditional methods but now we are living in another age where safe motherhood is very critical. Nothing brings great joy to a midwife than having a healthy live baby and mother at delivery. This book is also for fathers and fathers to be so that they understand what mothers go through and offer the necessary support. Parental skills after the children are born are very necessary to shape them to be better people in life.
