Renegade scientist Peter Tregnier receives a silver book of secrets from Rotar, an alien from the planet Rotarious, the library planet of the Universe. This book was given to Peter after 400 long years of waiting on planet Earth for the right scientist and the proper moment in history. However, Rotar learns that Peter has researched the book and formulated a regressive potion, testing it on himself for personal gain. But the shocking results of his experiment has forced him into hiding. Many nefarious entities want the secrets in the silver book and are hunting down Peter. His wife Amanda is trying to reach her husband in order to help him.
