What I saw and did whilst locked up in HM Prisons and felt at that time in my life, with the numerous memories that I have experienced, I would like to share these with you. Some horrific events that would affect those individuals for the rest of their life. Others that may be interested in my account and my time spent inside behind bars I guess would also be other current and ex-prisoners who can relate to my situation as they have been there themselves. This is not the case of bragging or playing the hard man, and to the coterie, like I said there are others with similar account that are as poignant to them as what this is to me. For those who haven't been inside and would like to guess or imagine what it's really like doing time. So, with this in mind I would like to share my experiences with you and hopefully see what type of position I found myself in during that day and to ask you the question 'what would you have done that day if you found yourself in the middle of a riot'.
