This book is written, edited, proof-read, designed, formatted, and published completely by me. I wrote these words over the course of two years. I wrote them during some of the lowest times I've ever had in my life. Some of these pieces are raw, un-edited, and full of pure pain. Because I believe that pain is beautiful in the way that it makes us completely vulnerable. I want you to read my words and not try to understand ME better, but try to understand YOU better. Maybe my words will make you feel something you've never felt before. Maybe they'll make you realize you're never alone in this. Join me on my journey of self-discovery, my lows & my highs.
