Most new real estate agents maintain another primary employment. As the years pass, they never leave their primary employment, and also never reach the high real estate sales volume of their fellow agents who work only as full time agents. I have been a dual career real estate agent for more than twenty years, working a full-time 9 to 5 for someone else and working as a full-time Realtor for myself. Even with two full-time occupations, I am creating and maintaining the real estate sales volume and income equal and even greater than many of my fellow agents who work full-time only as real estate agents. In this book, I will share with you the techniques and strategies I use to leverage my time and accomplish the sales volume of agents that only work real estate full-time.
