Medieval England is the third title in a series of adult colouring books on historical themes (see also 'Ancient Rome' and 'Ancient Egypt'). The Medieval period or Middle Ages in England can be separated into three distinct periods: the Early Medieval period (around 600 - 1066), the High Medieval (1066 - 1272), and the Late Medieval period (1272 - 1485), with notable events within these such as the Norman invasion, the Angevin Empire, the Hundred Years War and the War of the Roses.
