A biographic account of former alcohol and gambling addict who was diagnosed to be bipolar late in life; this book is a bitter-sweet story of self-medication, insomnia, and recovery. "Anything you read thereon may or may not have happened. What was in the past is never real. I firmly hold a belief (Advaita Vedanta) that life is an illusion, mind made thus subjective based on memories and often projections of the brain.
