Five years ago, Tag Finn went on his final mission for the CIA's elite Special Activities Division. It had entailed smuggling a brilliant nuclear scientist named Farid Ardeshir out of Iran, but things got complicated when Iranian agents intercepted them in Istanbul, and Finn was ordered to terminate the scientist rather than let him fall back into enemy hands.
