Pastor Thomas Perkins, like many preachers, believed and taught his congregation that Christ would rapture the church before the great tribulation occurred. He also believed that after all the Christians were safely in Heaven, there would be a seven-year peace treaty signing with Israel by the Antichrist, which would usher in the tribulation period.
