Eleven-year-old lawyers, Juris, Maddy, Izzy, and Sofie, are busy working on other cases today and need help from their interns on their cases. The Juris Prudence & Associates Intern Case Kit is a collection of mock legal subpoenas, motions, responses, and orders. This kit allows children to become mock lawyers and argue their cases in front of mock judges (parents, teachers, and friends). Parents and teachers should use the Case Kit to encourage their children and students to argue cases that are important to them, for example, "Should bedtime be later?" or "Should kids be allowed to drive?" The Case Kit can be used in a variety of ways, including a tool for conflict management, as well as a tool for children to enhance their research, persuasive writing, and oral communication skills.
