Lovey Dean's attitude towards love and commitment is challenged when one of his students in his science class reveals his own interpretation of love and compares it to nature. Not understanding the trials and tribulations he is experiencing through dramatic death, dead end relationships and multiple romantic nights of enchanted bliss with women, his wants continue to go unfulfilled. He considers nothing valuable since his Father's death until he meets a woman that would change his mind about commitment, and ultimately increase his willingness to gravitate towards love's comforting hold never to release it again.

Love's like an ocean, full of dangers, beauty and energy and with the rising of hope or the setting of disaster gravity holds us completely dedicated to love again and again, thrusting ourselves on the next adventure like the low and high tides of the ocean. Whether the connection of love and object is large or small or low or high, we need to figure out the impact it has on our lives so that we can prepare for it better and not lose focus on love's entirety.
