The Duty of Man: Life Lessons and Solutions from the Book of Ecclesiastes Kevin D. Golden

Where are the real solutions found for the real issues of violence and crime; substance abuse and addictions; mental illness and injustice; sex and relationships; employment and finances; death and aging; education and personal development; health and spirituality; truth and the search for meaning and significance in our lives? In this collection of observations of life, Elder Kevin Golden challenges African American males to accept the fact that life is not about how much can be accumulated, who one knows, or how much individuals can influence others to their will. Using the life of history's wisest man, King Solomon, as a template, he unfolds wisdom needed to overcome the life cycle of frustration; as he shares where purpose, fulfillment, and significance are really found.
