This book is an interactive tool to complete and practise with your child to aid them in identifying and overcoming negative emotions. Our purpose is to increase their emotional vocabulary and intelligence in a fun, self-loving way whilst also providing them with the life skills to benefit them through to adulthood. It is designed to get the whole family talking about their emotions in a positive, relaxed way, whilst also looking at kindness, worry, creating good habits, meditation and gratefulness. It acts as a prompt to prioritise one on one time with your child or the whole family.

This book, depending on the age of your child is designed to grow with them and their emotional needs but we hope it can help children between the ages of 4 and 8 with different pages appealing to different age groups.
