Pause: Rethinking Leadership to Cultivate Healthy Workplace Cultures Karen Mason

In today's frenetic world, there is a tremendous focus on busyness and taking action. The consequence is poor quality relationships, impacting employee engagement and wellbeing. Work-related stress is reportedly reaching epidemic proportions, and something needs to change.

Many leaders are unaware that they are holding on to traditional views about how to lead and manage on a day-to-day basis. Left unchallenged, this means that toxic cultures prevail in many organisations, as leaders disregard how they are contributing to these problems.

It doesn't have to be this way. It's time for radical change within organisations. It's time to make new choices. Choices that will have a positive, sustainable impact on the health of your organisation and that positively serve the people you employ.

Pause is for you if you recognise the critical need for change but are unsure how you can make a difference. When you make it your daily practice to pause, listen more, advise less and hold the unshakeable belief that the people around you have answers, transformation occurs.

Karen Mason (MBA) has first-hand experience of rethinking her own leadership approach. She now works with medium and large organisations that are positively seeking to implement systemic change. She helps leaders who are ready to pause and be more intentional to make a positive difference in their organisation through her team and leadership development programmes.

So together let's pause and make a difference, by rethinking leadership to cultivate healthy workplace cultures.
