Our Covid-19 Heroes: Celebrating our Heroes Naomi Lumutenga

This easy-to-read book is an attractive illustration that charts the sacrifices made by all, to get through the difficult period of COVID-19. It is relevant to all age groups, because it contains historical aspects of iconic institutions, such as the NHS, London Transport and Royal Mail, and it highlights the role played by different individuals and groups to enable the country to function.

The playful illustrations make the message accessible to children too. The book provides light touch information and ends with real life emotional reflections shared by some members of the community. It will be a positive memento and a tribute to those that carried us through a difficult period.
