The Horror in the Haunted House William Geyl

The adventures of a highly educated mouse and his not so bright guinea pig assistant as they investigate a local mansion. The mansion appears to be haunted by ghosts. By the use of scientific method and logic, the pair determine whether or not there are in fact ghosts, and solve the problem to nearly everyone's satisfaction. Along the way they break a crime ring responsible for mysterious thefts around the idyllic town in which they live. In the process, the assistant learns about scientific method, investigation, and the nature of people.
