Frighten, Sad and Lonely Eva Marie Miller

I'm coming near the end of my life and maybe some things I can write about might be of some help to others who, like me, were too afraid to ask for help. My story is one of struggle, fear, loneliness and survival. I have sought help through religion, therapy, medicine and support groups. All of this has been very important for me, and I am most grateful for the therapist and support groups because that is where I found validation and a safe place to talk.
