My common sense, my feelings and my intuition start to come into balance more and more, which makes my sense of humor increasingly perceptible. This is a sign for me that I am making progress with my therapy. Because of the burnout, the funny things in life were less noticeable. As HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), I now notice at the small things in daily life that I can still laugh. That does not have to happen every day, but it happens in any case. In a relaxed way, because I accept myself as I am. I am becoming more and more aware of the positive aspects, besides the negative symptoms due to my processing. It makes my mood less heavy. As HSS (High Sensation Seeker), I am curious about what I will discover more about my own sense of humor, which can now develop. In a natural and spontaneous way. I will not force it, it must be released automatically. That will work, if I open myself to it in a conscious way. I am becoming more and more aware of what is going on every day and I can deal with the fun and less fun aspects better and better. Humor has a relativizing effect on the processing of my negative youth and on the experience of my daily life. And humor certainly also affects my emotions and feelings. In a positive way.
