The halter/bib is one piece that folds over. The fold is the top of the halter/bib. The skirt is one piece that uses the fold. When folded the fold is the bottom of the skirt. (Foot pads are directly sewn to the bottom of the foot) A. If you choose to use different fabrics, make sure you purchase extra fabric of the one design for the foot pads or choose a separate fabric by itself.
