The challenge men face in our modern lifestyle is a disconnection from our natural masculinity and spirituality. Instead of learning that it is within our power to think and act in a way that leads to a happy, joyous and free life, we learn that we are not good enough and need to consume more. We need to emancipate ourselves from false concepts of masculinity, love and sex that we learn through society, television and advertising and learn to take this most important aspect of our lives - the ability to live and love happily - in our own hands.
